Breakfast at hotel. Explore the vibrant city of Tel Aviv, beginning with a drive through some of its most iconic neighborhoods and landmarks. Pass along Rothschild Boulevard, where modern Israel was declared independent, and continue through the charming streets of Neve Tzedek, Tel Aviv’s first neighborhood. Experience the sights, aromas, and flavors of the bustling Carmel Market on a guided tasting tour. Visit ANU – Museum of the Jewish People, an innovative and interactive museum that tells the story of Jewish life and identity around the world.

Day 3 / Saturday
Breakfast at hotel. Visit the Ayalon Institute, the secret underground ammunition factory that played a critical role in Israel’s struggle for independence. Continue with a guided graffiti and street art tour through Tel Aviv’s creative urban neighborhoods, including the opportunity to create your own artwork using spray paint. Explore the beautifully restored Sarona Compound, where historic Templar buildings now house boutiques, cafés, and cultural attractions.

Day 4 / Sunday
Breakfast at hotel. Depart Tel Aviv and travel north along the Mediterranean coast to Caesarea, the magnificent ancient port city built by King Herod, featuring impressive Roman theaters, aqueducts, and archaeological remains. Continue to Mei Kedem and Alona Park to learn about the region’s ancient water systems and engineering achievements. Enjoy authentic Druze hospitality, including a traditional meal and hands-on knafeh workshop. Conclude the day in Acre, a fascinating UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its Crusader halls, Ottoman architecture, and vibrant marketplace.

Day 5 / Monday
Breakfast at hotel. Begin the day with a scenic hike through either Banias Nature Reserve or Tel Dan, two of northern Israel’s most beautiful nature sites. Continue with a kayaking adventure on the Jordan River. In the afternoon, explore the dramatic landscapes of the Golan Heights on a guided jeep excursion, learning about the area's geography, history, and strategic significance.

Day 6 / Tuesday
Breakfast at hotel. Visit Safed, one of Judaism’s four holy cities and the center of Jewish mysticism, known for its picturesque alleyways, artists’ quarter, and historic synagogues. Continue to Kfar Kedem for a hands-on experience recreating daily life in ancient times, including pita and cheese making, donkey rides, traditional refreshments, and a special Shehecheyanu ceremony. Later, journey to Jerusalem and enjoy your first breathtaking view of the city from either Mount Scopus or the Mount of Olives before entering the capital.

Day 7 / Wednesday
Breakfast at hotel. Travel through the Judean Desert to Masada, the dramatic mountaintop fortress overlooking the Dead Sea. Ascend and descend by cable car while exploring one of Israel’s most significant archaeological and historical sites. Continue to Qumran, where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered. Enjoy time to float in the mineral-rich waters of the Dead Sea and take advantage of the facilities and lunch at a Dead Sea resort.

Day 8 / Thursday
Breakfast at hotel. Celebrate a meaningful Bar or Bat Mitzvah ceremony at the Masorti section of the Western Wall. Continue through the Jewish Quarter of the Old City, including the ancient Cardo, once Jerusalem’s main commercial thoroughfare. Visit the Western Wall and explore the fascinating Western Wall Tunnels. Conclude the day at the City of David, where Jerusalem’s story began, including the opportunity to walk through Hezekiah’s Tunnel and experience the city's ancient water system firsthand.

Breakfast at hotel. Participate in an exciting and educational experience at Caliber 3, combining leadership, security awareness, and Krav Maga training. Age-appropriate activities are available for younger participants. Continue to the Latrun Armored Corps Museum, home to one of the largest collections of military vehicles in the world. End the day at the spectacular Stalactite Cave, featuring impressive natural formations created over thousands of years.

Day 10 / Saturday
Breakfast at hotel. Choose between a day of independent exploration in Jerusalem or an educational journey to the communities surrounding the Gaza border region. Highlights may include the Car Memorial at Tekuma, the Nahal Oz Observation Point and Memorial, and the Nova Festival Memorial Site, providing important context and insight into recent events while honoring those affected.

Breakfast at hotel. Depending on flight arrangements, enjoy time at leisure before your private transfer to the airport. Upon arrival, receive VIP assistance through airport formalities, including expedited processing and escort service through the terminal until reaching the boarding gate.
